First Steps is a SaaS platform for kindergartens for digital records and work organization, including:

  • attendance and absence records
  • meal records
  • basic communication between kindergarten and parents
  • data review and administration according to assigned roles

The platform is intended for professional use in preschool institutions.

3. User accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • accuracy and timeliness of data entered when creating accounts
  • keeping access credentials confidential
  • all activities performed through their account

Sharing accounts with other persons without permission is prohibited.

4. User responsibility

Users agree to:

  • use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • not enter inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized data
  • not misuse the system or attempt unauthorized access

The user is fully responsible for the content and accuracy of data entered into the system.

5. Limitation of liability

The First Steps platform is provided "as is", without additional warranties.

We are not liable for:

  • possible technical interruptions or temporary system unavailability
  • data loss due to unforeseen circumstances
  • indirect or consequential damage from platform use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, platform liability is limited.

6. Service availability and changes

We reserve the right to:

  • improve, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform
  • introduce new features or change existing ones

These changes will not affect users' basic rights.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, including:

  • design
  • texts
  • software
  • visual elements

is the intellectual property of the First Steps platform and may not be used without prior consent.

In case of significant changes:

  • the last modified date will be updated on this page

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
